ROYAL SPORTS GHANA

Royal Sports and Art Boarding School is a boarding institution located in Shai Hills, Manya Jorpanya, Ghana. The school was established to combine academic education with sports, arts, cultural heritage, and practical workforce training.

Student life blends Ghanaian traditions and cultural activities with disciplined training in sports, creative arts, leadership, and career development. Through this approach, students are prepared for higher education, professional opportunities, and responsible citizenship.

The school also supports pathways to college scholarships and employment placement opportunities in the United States and Europe, helping talented students develop their abilities and pursue international careers.

GHANA GLOBAL EDUCATION PATHWAY INITIATIVE

The initiative would combine workforce development, sports education, college recruitment, arts, agriculture, history, and cultural exchange to prepare Ghanaian students for academic and career opportunities in the United States and Europe.

It would work directly with participating colleges and universities—including Virginia State University, Bowie State University, Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU), Norfolk State University, and other historically Black colleges and universities, public universities, community colleges, and European institutions. These relationships would be developed through formal partnerships, recruitment agreements, exchange programs, campus visits, scholarships, athletic evaluations, and academic advising.

Students would receive support in:

        •       Sports: athletic development, coaching, sports management, sports medicine, fitness, journalism, and recruitment

        •       Arts: music, dance, film, visual arts, fashion, design, and creative entrepreneurship

        •       Agriculture: agribusiness, food systems, sustainability, agricultural technology, and environmental studies

        •       History and culture: Ghanaian and African history, heritage, languages, leadership, and cultural identity

        •       Workforce preparation: English, digital literacy, career skills, internships, entrepreneurship, and professional development

The program would connect Ghanaian schools, universities, sports academies, arts organizations, farms, businesses, and community institutions with international colleges. Students would be evaluated based on academic achievement, athletic or artistic talent, leadership, character, financial need, and career goals.

This initiative aims to connect Ghanaian and students in the diaspora with academic and career opportunities in Ghana, the United States, and Europe. It brings together education, sports, arts, agriculture, workforce preparation, and cultural exchange.

Students can receive support with academic advising, career development, and scholarship exploration.
