Our community-based and after-school programs serve youth and adults in Washington, DC, Virginia, Maryland, and New York. Participants build practical skills, explore careers, and prepare for education, employment, and entrepreneurship.

Programs include:

        •       Career readiness: Résumés, interviews, workplace communication, financial literacy, and job-search support

        •       Certifications and safety: CPR and First Aid, CNA preparation, OSHA, and workplace safety

        •       Culinary and hospitality: Food preparation, nutrition, kitchen safety, catering, and entrepreneurship

        •       Arts and culture: Music, dance, theater, visual arts, media, and creative expression

        •       Sports and wellness: Athletics, fitness, teamwork, and healthy living

        •       Entrepreneurship and leadership: Business planning, budgeting, public speaking, and civic engagement

        •       After-school enrichment: Homework support, mentoring, career exploration, and recreation
